I would extend the 500cal per day diet to 4 days per week, or add on a juice cleanse.
I just wanted to lose weight fast, thinking I'd be happier.
But it only snowballed into yo-yo dieting, bingeing, starving and mentally draining.

Belief:

The burden to hold on tight to me and walk me through it was on my family and God.
Thankful for their unconditional love,
bit by bit,
I learn to believe in your true inner self.
To believe that you are more than just the numbers on the scale or how sharp your face looks.
To believe that you have the strength to overcome challenges, take it in your stride and climb every mountain.

Faith:

And to have faith in love and goodness,
to have faith that in trying times,
be not afraid to take the first steps even if you can't see where this stairs would take you too.

all good things can't be rushed.
Practice and all is coming,
to have patience with yourself and your body.
And your body will love you back.
